KLARABO in Sundsvall is looking for a Property Caretaker for a seasonal job from April to October 2026.

Both apartments and the design of the houses are tailored to local needs in collaboration with the municipality.

Wood is a renewable building material that stores carbon dioxide throughout its lifetime. Additionally, manufacturing a wooden house requires less energy than producing concrete or steel structures, thus contributing to lower carbon emissions.

Your Responsibilities

Common tasks include ongoing property maintenance, handling and executing fault reports as well as minor repairs, booking and conducting inspections, and maintaining ongoing contact and dialogue with contractors, tenants, and other external parties. Workplace – KlaraBo Sundsvall, Sundsbruk – Söndagsvägen 198B. You will start and end your day at this address.

Your Background/Your Qualities

• Experienced and self-sufficient in the tasks typically performed by a Property Caretaker/Property Technician.
• Practical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and technical operations
• Understanding of heating, ventilation, and property technology
• Good service ability and communication skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
